The Office Yoga Club

Office Yoga is made for you, who is sitting in front of your screen working most of the day.

This is not a natural situation for your body and mind, and it will create stress and tension, if you do not counteract with correct movement and breathing.

The exercises will mobilize and release tension from your spine, hip, neck and shoulders, they will prevent stress, improve your circulation, prevent carpal tunnel syndrome, fatigue, headaches etc.

In this course you can choose from different Office Yoga sessions.

Each Monday I'll send you a playlist with exercises for your week directly to your inbox.

The exercises are all performed sitting down on your chair or standing up.

You can do the exercises in your normal work clothes and in your normal work environment.

All you need is a chair and your screen.
